Seriously? Does anything else need to be said after that? Whole sets of six passed with the ball in our possession when barely a Wigan player was named because they were too busy talking about Lewis, Parcell and Lytton. |

Very one sided tonight. Barrie Mc in particular did not want a Wigan win |

They were an absolute disgrace tonight. I love that HKR are improving and investing on and off the field but they were going on. Hull KR spend the salary cap just like we do, so the “getting behind the underdog” theory just doesn’t cut it. Where’s this Wigan aren’t expansive come from? Couple of weeks where we’ve grinding out wins with our 5th chance half back. They all had shockers tonight and glad we shut them up. |

He literally couldn't be more anti Wigan if he had Saints tattooed on one cheek, Warrington on the other and Leigh across his forehead! Glad we shoved it back down his throat though. |

Definitely had the mard lip on after that cup game. He was at it from before the game. His definitive ‘When both sides are at their best, HKR are a better side’ line blew my mind. We’ve not been at our best very often and sit above a team playing out of its skin in the league. HKR are building something really good but they’re building and aren’t there yet. This Wigan side won the cup last year and got to the play offs. It sits 2nd minus a few important players and I thought the level the team reached in terms of intensity and defensive quality during that Leigh, Saints and Wire run was something no other side has reached yet this season (Saints will get back to that at some point though IMO). |

The few minutes before the kick off were absolutely the worst I have heard from them - they didn't half build up HKR as something out of this world they are having a great season and playing well fair dos but not to the extent that they were being built up. The commentator really needs to concentrate on watching the game more - he was so off it it was untrue - for ages he was going on about there being no set restarts when there had been one early in the first half (one of many HKR got gifted) and was always talking about things that happened five minutes earlier! Sky's coverage is poor in general anyway - they love long lingering close ups of the coaches whilst play is going on and at one point they were so busy showing replays two HKR runs that lead nowhere that they missed two Wigan PTBs that where on going. And why do they need so many pundits? They are going to have more that the teams have players the way they are going and most add absolutely nothing to the discussion anyway. |

That was utterly ludicrous! Willie Peters acknowledged several times that they are building towards where Wigan are. Like others have said, I'm really impressed with what KR are building but to suggest they are currently better than Wigan is off the scale stupid. They have no one even close to French or Field for example. The commentary last night was an absolute joke and Barrie Mac would be played by Joaquin Phoenix if they ever made a movie of it. |

Yeah. They were extremely annoying last night. A few things I noticed were the differences in the commentary descriptions of similiar scenarios. e.g. HKR's winger caught a high ball and it was a "great take", but when Miski did exactly the same, he was "holding on to the ball for dear life". Mago stripped a ball while tackling the man perfectly, but it was described as a "desperation tackle". I found it incredibly one-sided. |

Aside from the bias, the commentary team needs shaking up. Numerous wrong naming, ignoring of developing action to waffle on about something irrelevant and multiple factual inaccuracies from commentators and pundits. The thrilling climax where Miski dived in to score was dismissed and belittled, if we want to help spread the game none of this helps. NRL commentary on a game like that would have added to the cadences of the action not hindered it |
