Shows where we’re at with squad depth, two quality young lads who have had good pre-seasons/reserves games.

Hopefully both get a run out on Saturday agains Saints on sky.

Good move

Great move. Give them much needed SL experience. I’m excited to see what they both can do, hopefully knock a few holes into saints defence.

This looks like a good move for both them and the club. I think they both have a future with Wigan, Kilner in particlular

Good move. I can see it being extended to a season long loan. They’ll get some valuable SL experience and come back as SL players which will benefit us hugely.

Maybe leaves us a bit light in the back row but it will be good for the players and is hopefully saving the club money. Surely Escare will be next.

Re: Escare, it was confirmed that Ryan Hampshire broke his jaw yesterday for Wakefield (out for six weeks). Plus Arundel at centre out for the season ACL.

You never know. Two backs down, he'd be ideal for them again.

I hope so - dont just want him to leave for the sake of the club either. He's definitely worthy of a starting spot in a SL side - he shouldn't be wasting his career playing reserves.

I can see Kilner smashing it, looking forward to seeing how he goes in SL.

If Toronto play Kilner against Saints that's a big ask facing two of the best front rowers in SL.
Best of luck to him and Jack Wells.
Do them both good and won't do Wigan's long term planning any harm either.
