Not sure if it's already been mentioned but he has a fractured hand and will be out out for approx 3 weeks, did it in training |

Shouldn't cause too much disruption to the team though, it's our strongest position. |

Isn't Ben Davies also injured? I would have thought he'd be in the squad for Barrow if fit. |

Assuming Gleeson, Sam and Fielden return before the season starts (which I think they're meant too to be fair) I suppose this is the problem with the notoriously hard pre-season we have. It might have been great when we had a new coach coming in with fresh ideas and everyone's eager for a new start but year on year it could prove to be draining. The pre season isn't long at all when you get to the final, have lots of players in the four nations, then need to hit the ground running for the WCC, time will tell. |

I heard Fieldens having an operation, so dont know how serious that is. Or what the operation is for, it could be lazer eye surgery for all i know. But our injury list does seem to be growing, players injured/with questionable fitness are; Sam T Gleeson Richards Finch Fielden Hansen Davies Still confident we can put out a winning team without all those though: Roberts Goulding Marsh Carmont Charnley Deacon Leuluai Lima McIlorum Coley Hoffman Joel O'Loughlin Farrell Tuson Mossop Prescott |
