Feel sorry a little for Withers for being in there, as he was a great player (remember him destroying us at Old Trafford with a hat-trick?), it's just that by the time he came to Wigan his body was a wreck!! |

He was a massive part of fixing the the worst right sided defence in wigans history in 06. He should have got more credit for this work than he did |

Give over for a back he was slower than a tax rebate, screwed up many a good move. Think he scored one cracker. Like Millard, Wilkes, McDonald he was never 'Wigan Standard' but he came on the cheap as our Salary Cap was screwed in 2006. In essence, you get what you pay for! |
