This phrase has been mentioned a few times on here lately but what do these three words mean to you?
And what responsibilities do we have - as fans of this great club - to uphold "The Wigan Way"?
Interested to hear what people think.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

The Wigan Way: To be the best at everything you do.
From the Squad winning trophies, to the kids coming through, to the coaching staff, to the scouting staff, to the marketing department, to the attendances, to the ticket pricing, to the corporate, to the merchandise, to the programmes, to the match day entertainment......and on and on..!!
In other words if there is a Super League club out there doing ANY of the above better than Wigan, then the club must work quickly to ensure that Wigan overtake that club whatever it takes.

There is no way some of our current squad will buy into that. Hopefully we will have them out the door.
