Did anyone else think this was a load of tosh? I'm sure they used to have an hour long special in the OT studio with guests and summarisers etc.

That was also the first time i've seen the highlights from last week and I think the Joel 'in touch' tackle was correct but i'm still not convinced about Long's try. Ah well, chip paper as they say.

Yes I did, very dissapointed. They used to have the coaches in the studio for an hour long programme!

Yeah, it used to be live from OT, but didn't that change when Anderson refused to do it the other year.

But yeah, it was garbage on a par with Boots N All, the only saving grace was Bill did the voice over work not Edwardo.

Absolutely farcical and a load of bollox. Compared to the NRL we are miles behind on presentation. HOW HARD CAN IT BE SKY?

That is very frustrating, for Union they pull out all the stops. Red button game choice proper summarisers and unbiased commentators who know what they are on about. We get 2 old farts who believe SL owes them a favour. Remember the stink Stevo kicked up, when they where water the JJB pitch.
I am greatful for the fact that they bring SL into my house every week, but it needs a touch up. Remember how soccer used to be presented on Sky that has changed year on year for the better SL just has the same format.

To quote IL "In business you need fresh idea's every now and then" Sky take note.

I don't think that match will be frightening the Ozzies .

They will be laughing !

To paraphrase Penguin/Burgess Meredith in the Rocky film; "They will kill you to death !"

To be fair, compared to the Barrie & Terry behind the tryline bits tonight, the preview was excellent.

I did like the sideline cam they used at OT tonight, although the helicopter was pointless!
