Post subject:  Academy Derby v Saints - Wednesday Night at Orrell.

Reminder the re-arranged Under 18s clash with St Helens takes place this Wednesday - 7:00pm Kick Off at Orrell.

This is a big game in hand for Wigan which if won would leap us from 5th to 2nd in the table and with the lower grades using the old top 6 play off system, second place would put them into a Grand Final Qualifier rather than all out elimination games.

St Helens also need to win to keep up very faint hopes of sneaking into the top 6.

Both sides have 1 match more to play in the regular season after this game in hand which will be played when Super League resumes after the cup final.

If your not able to go I'll have a report on the site after the match.

Will bump this by telling you it's St Judes v St Pats in the Barla National Conference Premier on Wednesday Night as well. Kick Off for that is 7:30pm at Parsons Meadow.

Shame about the clash but options aplenty for some midweek action.

Didn't realise Ince Rose Bridge got promoted as well to make it 3 local sides in the Premier Division but they lost 28-10 to Judes at home last Friday.

Link will highlight the importantness of the game tomorrow. Like I said finish 2nd they go into a Grand Final Qualifier v Wakefield - Although they still have Leeds at home to play as well yet.

The Reserves Regular Season is Now Completed.

Down to 12 men for the last hour! They were 6-0 or 6-4 up at that point?

What are the chances of the game getting called off waterlogged? I presume the pitch is pretty well drained but worth checking.

Also is anyone meeting anywhere for some pre-match drinks or anything? Me and odem where going to have a few for his 18th
