Not condoning that the guy has been tested positive for a banned substance but do you reckon he could get away with a dodgy snog or burger at the bbq he went to ?????

Mr Gasquet has got away with it

Has tennis not signed up to the WDA?

How come he only got a two and a half month ban?

Hock has already admitted having a coke habit in the interview he did with the NOTW.

I think its a bit late for him to start blaming a snog with some slapper in a Wigan nightclub.

As for the tennis player, very lucky boy by all accounts.

i reckon admitting his guilt to the NOTW might harm any defence down this route!

if you can prove exceptional circumstances, you dont get 2 year ban - like Cunningham, Senior and Bailey did.

"The ITF accepted the small quantity (of cocaine) and the lack of evidence."

Whereas Hock has been in the NOTW telling us he has been taking the drug for months and worrying about being caught.

HE has done the crime and now he is going have to do the time, he knows playing rugby would only last 15 years max and was meant to be clean for them years its a sacrafice 99% people make when playing any sport.

It's also caused him to hallucinate and babble a load of bollox. It's not the truth, it's just the drugs making him say it.
