Celtic were poor today but I noticed a few moves that had obviously been practised on the training ground.
However, Wigan didn't do anything I haven't seen before.
Every kick-off was long and to our left of their posts.
We never tried to run it on the fifth, even though we had some great opportunities.
We didn't do anything new from the scrum.
I don't mind if moves don't come off, I just like to see a bit of variety.
We should have won with 70.

We ran it on the 5th when Phelps knocked on over the line after Smith spotted a gap and switched the plan of attack.

Why are people so negative about today's game ?

Would you have taken the result a 44-10 wigan win this morning? Of course you would. Okay, we weren't that great but we did what we had to and never got out of 2nd gear!

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant from the halfway line because that's where I sit and I was shouting for them to move it wide because their defence was non existance on our left.
I still enjoyed the game but I expected more variety against Celtic.

It's much easier to watch it from the stands.

I backed them to win by 36 to 45 points so 44-10 was not in my thoughts. I lost my bet, of course, which is okay but as the game progressed I thought the margin would be greater than 45.
