They won't. If he was to go to jail, he would I imagine, treated in the same way as Cockyane has been at Hull KR, some kind of suspension. FWIW, its a disgraceful decision by KR and the judge in the case, remarkable that he avoided a stay in the cells. |

What, for pushing a bloke? No way. Saints should stand by Pryce and if he has to serve time, which he shouldn't (given that Cockayne didn't and his crime was far worse), then maybe a suspension until it is done, which would be obvious given that he couldn't play anyway, being in lockup. Feka punched a taxi driver didn't he? Or was it a bus driver? I can't remember. Anyway, did he get fired? Seems not. Yet he actually punched someone, as opposed to pushed someone. I hope Saints have the cajones to ignore the baying of the crowd and stand by Pryce. |

Does that mean Wigan should have done the same with Feka? I feel its more to do with Reardon being so injury prone and the arrival of Ritchie Mathers than it is with the assault charge. |

not a chance in hell that pryce will be sacked. i think he will do time, but saints would be lost without him long term. obviously not the first time pryce has been involved in a cowardly attack but saints wont risk not winning the cc or gf to do the morally right thing. |

I hope Saints have the cajones to ignore the baying of the crowd and stand by Pryce. I think you're overlooking a couple important points here. Feka was responding to provocation wheras Reardon and Pryce went to deliberately cause trouble. Also Pryce has been involved with these sort of incidents before. It's hardly 'out of character'.... Having said that, it's now a matter for the courts and the Saints club. My gues is self interest will win out over moral fibre as was the case with Long and the 'betting incedent', KC and drugs...oh, you get the picture! |
