He wasnt bad. He was villified by opposition fans as the saviour who brought a decade of unparralled success to Wigan. Wigan fans loved it. Then on his 2nd chance he was villified by Wigan fans who thought he had ruined us, me included at times. But bad ? Never. |

Maurice cost himself his position at Wigan in the end. The club tied itself in so many knots towards the end of the Whelan era that he has to go as well. That being said, a bigger supporter of Wigan & RL in general you will never meet. |
