Can anyone remember if his court case was treated in the same way as that of certain Saints and Warrington players? |

Thank you thought I was cracking up. It's ALWAYS the same when it's a Saints player, with the Saints mafia playing mum and dad. |

And the sub-justice thing is daft. Sub-justice is in to prevent members of a jury being swayed by media opinion. So in a case with no jury and with a judge who has already stated the a custodial outcome is likely where does a fans forum get to make any impact? |

This will probably get locked but the admins are only covering their own backs, even if they are wrong. |

They have pleaded guilty so there isn't a jury. Just awaiting sentence. |

The sub judice rule applies up until sentencing. This is quite apart from the libel laws which is for the protection of everyone, criminals included. It is wise not to comment, so the admin are doing what they should do. |

Looking at the original post i real don't see anything wrong with it . Their was a link to a newspaper article and a small passage from the article no one said anything that was not already printed in the press. And no one made comments on anything that did or did not happen. Their was a lot more said about Feka and that did not get locked so quickly. |

Its not a case of the mods/admin being trigger happy. You wouldnt believe the amount of times people have tried to close these forums down. If we want to keep it, we have to abide by the AUP rules. |
