As you all know last season runner up to the young player of the season award and i think our top forward try scorer last season as well? Is it time he got the 13 shirt and an extended starting run in the 13? Anyone else remember Faz moving positions to accommodate Lockers at 13 when he was younger? Is it time the same happened with Joel? He’s good enough, he’s physically big enough and posses all the attributes of a possible great Wigan player. IMO it’s time he had a larger role in the team |

His game will develop well with the game time he is getting for mine. |

From what i have seen from the Tomkins brothers playing they are all very confident play makers and that go's for Logan to. |

Could you imagine if he played in the NRL and had a comparable season to the one he did last season? Would he have the same role he currently does in the Wigan team now? He’d be kicking on with regular starts and possibly people talking about him in the county squad. It’s worlds apart how we treat good youngsters over here compared to over there. |

Started 14 of Wigan's last 16 matches in total - scoring 11 tries in that run. In answer to the original question I'd play him at 13 with Locky in the second row. Thought he was excellent at Loose Forward back end of last season. |

I think he means at loose forward and not second row. I am torn which is his best position. Would be interesting to be able to compare his stats at loose forward to second row. I guess only Wigan and Joel know. I would like to see Sean O'loughlin in the second row and Joel Tomkins at loose forward for a game and see how we go. |

The thing is, competition in the back row is pretty high; Sean has been one of wigans best players so far this season, Hock has probably been our best player, Harrison was top tackler last season and is playing well and scoring tries, Joel has been 17 for every game - I hardly think he's being badly done to. Or is it just another reason to moan for the sake of it? |

No one is calling for anyone to be dropped or anything like that just maybe some re organisation possibly? I still think our group of four back rowers is the best in the league! |
