Hello there.
Long time listener, first time caller etc. Just thought I would say hello to all concerned (or interested!) before I contribute any to any posts.
Been studying these boards for about a year now and have finally managed to get myself an account setup. I am originally from Glasgow but moved down to sunny Wigan about 20 years ago. I have been a fan of the warriors ever since then. I am proud to say (to anyone who will listen!) that I am a fan of the biggest team in the best sport in the world bar none. I am however like most folk on here a bit concerned by our apparent inability to play rugby to the standard that our squad (on paper) looks capable of achieving. This goes for the last three years (at least). I honestly think that our squad has the ability to win the super league this year. At this moment in time I am probably 60/40 for the sacking of Brian Noble as I have not yet made up my mind as to whether or not he will come good and get some desire, spirit and (god forbid) flair into our underachieving squad. I am also very concerned about Nobby not launching a rocket up the arses of certain members of our squad for showing there “disbelief” that some of our fans “dare” to criticize their individual performances.
Anyway this is just to say hello to you all
