Quote:Brian is a very experienced coach and I'm sure we'll get this right. He has had bad starts to the season before, and he has good starts.

"It is three games into a season – we have got 24 games to go. There is pressure when results don't come but we have to be able to take that pressure together."

We are concerned, of course we are – nobody likes losing. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing for fans and I share that disappointment.

"But if you look at the last three games we have played, there is only one consolation and that is that we have got better in each of the games. There is concern rather than panic."

I am not sure I would call the Cas game progress from the Hull game myself.

Yes for 20 mins in the 2nd half we did look really good, but overall I would say we were better at Hull.

Again, we need to take this with a pinch of salt. He's not going to tell the press that Nobby's on his way.

I still wouldn't be surprised if some serious decision-making was going on in the backrooms, all dependent on the next few games.

Is this not the dreaded vote of confidence all football managers get just before they get sacked?
