With my new West stand seat I'm able to monitor what goes on the sidelines. As Feka was subbed on Friday night he was fuming and just before he took his seat he stared up towards Noble in the stand and lifted his arms high in the air and shouted ''Why've you done that?!!'' shuck his head and sat down. I've heard a few rumours that Noble has lost the dressing room and there have been many verbal arguments on the training pitch and in the changing room. Also, Phil Vievers comments in regards to lads ''playing as individuals'' was intresting. |

Interesting, if Feka felt he could go on, its odd Noble brought him off, it is normally obvious when Feka is tired and he didnt seem to be so on Friday. |

The "Playing as individuals" comment is a sure fire sign that all the team arn't fully behind the concepts that the coaching staff are trying to instill. If its true that the "Dressing room has been lost then I really think the writting is on the wall for BN.... |

So does that mean we can expect Feka to play in 30 min bursts... |

There were occasions at the end of last season when Fielden was taken off and wasn't happy about it but Noble said he did it to fire him up all the more and keep him hungry. However, I'd not be surprised to learn that there are factions within the team. My only concern is we don't have any players strong enough to lead a full revolt a la the Dorahy era. |

Yeah I saw his reaction too. It was mentioned on a previous thread that Feka can be a weak link in defence and gets taken off so that we don't concede a try just before half time. If true then it shows what a negative coach Noble is and that the players are frustrated with his tactics. |

I have heard its not Noble whos lost the dressing room its the other coaches Pendlebury, Vievers and Dave Lyon in particular. Heard some pretty shocking stuff about Pendlebury and his handling of the U21's. |

Heard some pretty shocking stuff about Pendlebury and his handling of the U21's. Someone told me that today re the other coaches. Be interesting if Noble will stay loyal to them, or move them along to preserve his own job. One has to wonder if thats why Rads has been brought in. What re Pendlebury & the 21's? |
