1985 since wigan lost 3 on the run at the start of a season, then looked what happened next--
Challenge cup winners
1987/88, 1988/89, 1989/90, 1990/91, 1991/92, 1992/93, 1993/94, 1994/95
Championship winners
1986/87, 1989/90, 1990/91, 1991/92, 1992/93, 1993/94, 1994/95, 1995/96.
World club championship winners
1987, 1991, 1994
Regal trophy winners
1985/86, 1986/87, 1988/89, 1989/90, 1992/93, 1994/95, 1995/96
Premership winners
1986/7, 1991/2, 1993/4, 1994/5, 1996, 1997

So could it be good signs ahead?

but the cup fest it not going to happen again, especially with the current set up

WIGAN RLFC IS MORE THAN A RUGBY CLUB - IT'S A RELIGION

Fantastic wasnt it, although i do feel for the young fans that have to suffer awful RL every week.. :cry:

We have no-one close to that standard in our current squad.

Indeed I do. Mighty privileged to have been born in 1971 therefore old enough in the Glory Days to enjoy it all like it was yesterday.
