this is easy,one the players they are trying their best but are not good enough.two the coach for not having the ability to give them any organisation,game plan and failing to instill confidence and self belief and thirdly the chairman for trying to do the job on the cheap.

And W.Edwards Demming said that 95% of a organisations failures, are caused by management!

IL is clearly to blame for wanting to do things on the cheap!

Noble is clearly to blame for recuriting the wrong players, while im no massive fan of higham, we did not need a hooker, we needed a qualtity stand off and a big daft prop, yes bring in a good hooker when we have these, but not before!

Noble is also to blame for sending out unprepared players. To me we dont look fit, or interested!

The senior players are to blame. The youngsters have the desire that players like O' Loughlin and Riddell don't.

I like O'Gloughlin but his ball handling skills really need some work, everytime he took it in last night my heart was in my mouth expecting him to drop it.
