People can say what they like about these two but previous owners wouldn't have sat around like this trying to run the club as a business and trying to save money on paying noble off. He would've been out the door and we'd be back on track in a week or two.

I think lenagan is going to worry to much about cost and will sack noble when the opportunity to get anywhere near silverware has gone

One question:

What did sacking all those coaches actually achieve?

And this period of 'stability' has achieved what ?

I know one thing love him or loathe him, the following would not have happend under Mo

1. Moving the playoff game!
2. Not replacing Barrett
3. Noble turning up for work monday morning!

Yes sacking coaches for very little reason is not a good idea, however the first sign of madness, is to continue to do the same thing and expect different results!

Lets face it, its been one cock up after another under IL so far, bar mick hogan the club is terrible!

Id give Noble untill the end of the season and in this season I would expect him to take a chance and play Tomkins at 6 with Smith at 7, McIllorum starting 9 with Leuluai on bench, Riddell hasnt impressed me yet,I watched him for Parra last year and he looks a lazy player.

For Christ's sake, look.

We've lost our opening 3 games. It really is ONLY three games, and those games have been lost by 6, 8 and 6 points respectively.

If we'd been thrashed, and we were more games in, then yes. But not now.

Were going be 6 points behind saints and leeds and we have yet to play the big boys.

All the more reason to win those games.

For Christ's sake, think.

We've been beaten twice on our own turf by teams tipped to be in the bottom 6 this year; one of which barely managed to put together a first team. This is simply crap.

On paper our team is top 4; however, it's not coming together, it's not linking. Our style of rugby is pi$$ poor and predictable. Our next 3 games are Quins, Bratfort and Leeds; what's going to happen to us there if we carry on as is? 1 from 6 if lucky, possibly, 0 from 6.

Stability has come to the club and presented us with a decent team playing unimaginative, boring rugby.

We have no relegation, I say get shot of Noble, replace him with a Lam / Wane / Waite / Hanley and see where that takes us.

Maybe you could nip in for Tony Smith before Warrington sign him up to replace Lowes?
