Oh well... that's my £440 on two season tickets gone down the drain eh?

Clearly not the point he was making.

Absolute joke of a statement to make to all the fans that have had to endure all this.

Whilst yes, the competition is won in Oct... It can also be lost in Feb. Every single point is important, thus a good start to the season is just as important to a good end of the season.

if we lose at quins that is the season over 4 losses now and definate losses at least once each to bradford leeds, and saints will see us finish about 8th with no hope of reaching the final.

Agreed. The first few matches give you a platform to build on, you have a soul destroying start like we have had and the confidence drains.
Over the past two years yes the Noble way of doing things has got us one game away from the GF. But due to poor starts and inconsistency over the last few years we stood no realistic hope in the final illiminator.
Not really looking much different this year so far is it other than we have got off to an even worse start

Agree that 3 defeats is not good ,and its better to get off to a flier , but every team in the comp will go through a poor spell at some time .
I think its too early for all the doom & gloom .
Getting shut of Noble now will only put us in another transitional period , I think we have had enough of that dont you .
Let him see this year out , if things dont turn around , then he will have had the time , so we can bring someone in then .

At worst, Noble will only be coach at Wigan for the remainder of this season. Wigan, and Wigan fans, will be here forever.
Don't despair. Keep the faith.
That said, I'm too despondent to partake in the other threads. It may be a day or so before I can post coherently.

The end of this season is just writing the season off. I'm not willing to do that after already paying my money up front.

Exactly the way I feel.
However should he given another contract extension then there will be an absolute uproar.
