What do people think of the staff's attitutde at Wigan World? Everytime I've been in I've found one woman in particular to be quite ignorent - A few week ago when I went in, I asked about the new shirt, and she was ignorent as hell with me! Ok, she must have been asked the same question about 100 times already, but still... No need for it is there? Mate of mine said she's the same with him aswell? Anyone else

I used to remember that shop when I was younger, staff were always polite and happy to chat about the game etc.

It got to the point where I just totally ignored her when she was trying to tell me about it - Yup, lets hope somethings done about it - No need to be like that, if she doesn't like the job/customers, and isn't willing to be polite, then don't work there... simple as.

She is plain rude, and many have complained about her in the past. Her attitude stinks, she reminds me of a woman who works on the reception at Hindley baths, whose attitude is also cack.

dont start me on her - she was the rudest person yesterday - three customers in for god's sake when we was getting the shirt and i spotted the spelling for lockers the other staff was laughing but she was a right narky cow. Apparently she was too busy to check the spelling.
she didnt move from behind the counter and let the other two staff do everything. I thought she had training due to the complaints?

Thing is, the club have been aware of this for a couple of years now.
The fact that nothing has been done makes me think she's a relative of someone within the club or something similar!

The country is in recession, money is tight so I shop around for good quality and good service.
Rudeness to a customer makes me want to walk away (and I do).
