I don't think they realise how much respect they lose with stuff like this. We regard their skills with awe, and admire their sporting ethos. But there's an awful lot we Brits could teach them about sportsmanship. |

They don't care or value the cup as anything other than a pre-season warm-up they are obliged to take part in. They have already stated that the kids will play the first half, now who would play youngsters in a competition that supposedly crowns the winners world champions? Would they play the youngsters to make sure everybody 'gets a go' in the NRL GF? No, they just don't care. |

Renegade I think the Manly coach was referring to the warm up game against Harlequins when he said that the kids will play the first half. |
