1, Have a Heart to Heart with Nobby & the players.
2, Keep my nose out.
3, Sack, a seriously underacheiving coach that has lost the plot
4, Head in't Sand..
What does no 18 suggest????

Option 2, but add to that back the coach with support & cash for improvements (either players or more staff), stop trying to be everyone's friend (i.e.Mike Ashley), and be the Chairman. Don't want to see him or hear him just know that he is signing the cheque and doing the background work & that goes for Hogan too. |
