I spoke to the Land Registry this morning, and they have directed me to the relevant form to complete and send off, and have told me what I need to ask for. I will send off later today with the £6 admin fee.

Very VERY helpful so far. I spoke to the Democratic Services department, who need to search their ledgers, for the dates when planning permission was discussed and passed for the JJB. When they have the relevant dates (which I have been promised will be today), they will copy the minutes for me, and I can go and pick them up/or they will post them. I should get them tomorrow at the latest.

FUNDING

Next steps for me today is to contact the relevant funding authorities. I think Sport England gave a grant. If anyone knows any different/any other, please let me know.

From what i recall it was sport England and also a grant from the council. will have a word with my Father in law tomorrow when he is back he was quite high up in Wigan metro planning at the time

The planning permissions themselves should contain the planning conditions on which the PP is granted, so look out for PP reference numbers and get copies of them from the Council. It's highly likely that a s.106 Agreement will have been entered into between the Council and the stadium company as well, which will contain obligations that the stadium company has to satisfy so look out for references to that too. This is pretty regular stuff for me so PM me if I can help, Donna.

OK, Sport England DID NOT provide any funding. They advise I speak to the Economic Development dept at the Council, which I have done, and I am waiting for them to get back to me with details of the funding partners. Cheers Viki, may PM you when I get the minutes. D
