The Digital STs will be coming in future? Not sure what your looking into you account for? You should have activated it which in turn Triggers the sending of the email/physical tickets for the Hudds game

I have activated and can get into my account. It's just there's nothing in there ST wise (which I expected). I think most people are in the same boat aren't they?

I knew they were releasing one off tickets for Friday, but didn't realise I'd be getting an email with the ticket? I thought they'd just be loading it into the "my tickets" section and emailing me to say it was in there.

No, the acrivistion was to set up/trigger your account etc.
Everyone who has done that should get their Hudds ticket by email before EOP today/tomorrow
Anyone who didn't activate their account will get sent theirs by 1st class post

At some point down the line the digital STs will be added to your account/s but not yet

NK posted that he went into his account and it said next game Hudds bit there was no barcode etc. That isn't the ticket, it knows your a season ticket holder (can't exactly say as I'm not looking at my account but somewhere on the account it says your name and "Season Ticket holder") so shows tour next game
Presume as time moves in it will show you tur next game you have an active ticket for, hime games plus any you have bought for away etc.

If your not a ST holder I'll guess that if you bought a ticket for say Team X in April it will show you that? May be wrong on that and it's more.of an advertisement saying what the clubs next game is?

No, I’m different. I bought the flexi membership (gives you access to 4 games of your choice) and picked Huddersfield as my first game and got emailed what says is a ticket for it but that is blank and has no barcodes and when you try to download it to the Apple wallet it gives an error message. I am waiting for a season ticket for my daughter but get that it will be a one off ticket for Huddersfield.

Mistake/misunderstanding on my part then. I didn't realise it was an email with an attachment and just guessed they'd have it loaded up into the account.

Overall, like I said in my OP, the digital aspects of this will be good. Being able to manage tickets and forward them on when I'm not here is/will be a great feature. Getting them into my digital wallet, like I have my bank cards or loyalty cards is great as well. They just didn't need to go fully digital.

There was an error with the 1st emails
They've been resent I believe (mine go to my wife's email, she said 4 more have turned up and within it it mentions the issue)

Just got all 5 tickets (st holders) via email for the Huddersfield game. Looks like accounts that are activated are now getting their “temporary” tickets until the digital st can be sent.

Thanks mate. Not had anything yet but they’re probably doing them in some sort of order. I only ordered that flexi thing on Sunday.

Just as I was typing my reply, mine has come through too. My mates also got his as well.

All digital ST will be issued by the end of next week
