The worst type of fan - vocal with all the negatives, barely any acknowledgement of the positives.
Poor in the first half and Havard's injury really hurt us (and will for the rest of the year). But a real turnaround in the 2nd - French, Smithies, Nsemba very good. To turn around a 14-0 scoreline at Headingley in the Challenge Cup deserves great credit.
Harry Newman - what an idiot. Get over your own ego. Some big talk after last week about how incredible they are and kicks the ball into the Wigan fans after his try this week. Follows up with two defensive mistakes leading to tries and then the selfishness at the end.

That was a game.
Great attitude from Wigan to drag that back.
Really good to hear Matty say he made a mistake in holding back Nsemba a couple of weeks ago. He looks a real talent in 2nd row, hope we see alot more of him this season.
Also thought Rocky added a huge amount to our attack. Far more threat and I think he's going to be a very good signing.

Cheers to you too. There really are a set of people on here who elevate themselves on a pedestal, get over yourselves. That first half had few positives. The second half, was much more controlled with a struggle trying to get Shorrocks into a position to have an impact from any interchanges because he’s just a body now without a position. Wardle (as previously mentioned), Nsemba and French the positives but it’s all we can rely on at the minute in attack with French, he’s carrying everyone else.
Hats off to players and coaching staff to come through that type of game on the right side of score line after last week’s fiasco. It was really important to stop the rot and we looked very low on confidence in the first 15 minutes or so, but managed to find our way back into the game. Interesting that Peet credited Tommy for motivating the players in the week.
Also, Wardle’s been building as a Wigan player as the season’s progressed - but great to see him turn in a 100% performance in both attack and defence today.

Wardle’s not had the space to attack this year on that side because we crowd the space with Farrell but today he made a lot of his own space and opportunities. He should lock that left centre position up for the next five years easily.

What a rollercoaster this last 2 weeks have been.
Both lads spoke very well too in the post match interviews. I think Wardle is potentially a very good centre and has some decent pace. I’m less sure about Nsemba but I really want the lad to do well. He obviously loves the club and he wants to succeed at Wigan. Hopefully he will get the 11 jersey next season and he kicks on. Good to hear him mention his mum in his interview to acknowledge the support she has always given him. Comes across as a really good lad.

Poor first half - did well to be only a few points down. Second half much improved - we looked quicker and more focussed. Nsemba played well needs a few games but not too much yet,Wardle had his best game for us - looked really useful. Hampshire did reasonably - a steady performance which was needed, although he looked to be blowing a bit at times (the heat porbably not helping) could be a useful squad player.
Havard is a bad one - another prop missing, what is it with proprs this season for us? Smith should be practising goal kicking all this next week!
Leeds will be kicking themselves (and Newman especially got away with it in the first half but blew it big style second half) like us in the last game they should have been out of sight n the first half, they had all the pressure (and decisions) but didn't score enough.
