SOL is a prime example. He was in the top tier of players in the world, players and coaches within the game only had good to say about him though fans continually put him down. In 10/20 years time he will be remembered as one of the greats.

Unlike the modern players, I never watched Kenny, Johns, and Sterling etc week in and week out, although of course I've seen most of their most famous games. And the game has changed so much since their day that comparisons are pretty pointless. But if "best on the planet at the moment" isn't good enough for you... I would certainly say that Tedesco, for start, is as good as any full-back who has ever played the game. And wot 100%Warrior said.
