And, players have been brought in who aren't good enough. About time we got rid of Noble and gave it to Wane on a temp basis until the end of the season.
We are now a third of the way into the season and we are making the same mistakes now as we where the first game in the season. There has been little or no improvement. In defence we get pulled out of shape time and time again and so easily at that. Attack just seems to be limited and they hope some one else can do it, pass and hope. As for the kicking game, we must put two half decent kick chase in per game. We don't do the basics right all the game. We played well for ten minutes today, then came crashing back down to earth. All comes down to poor coaching. Time has come for it to change. I would love a coach like Morgan to come in but it is not going to happen mid season. Give Wane the rest of the season and start looking. We ain't going anywhere with what we have.

You appoint a caretaker coach such as Wane.
It is not rocket science. What you do not do if as chairman you have decided the coach is the problem is keep him on!

You seem to be forgetting Noble has had three years to sort it out and has quite simply failed. I am utterly baffled why you (or anyone else) have any faith in him to sort this out. He is part of the problem.

Quite simple Noble out Wayne in till the end of the season;
We won't make the playoffs with Noble in charge as we won't get better under him as I don’t think Noble has actually coached a team in regards to worked on their faults and tried to improve them. We’ve never had consistency under him nor have we played a type of rugby which inspires or lets the players take control.
We don’t have relegation either so no worries there.
Seriously what have we got to lose?
If Wayne fails so be it as we are going no where fast with Nobby anyway and we’ll know towards the end of the season if it’s working out or not meaning we can approach other coaches at the end of the season when it’s easier to get them.
Either way to continue down Nobles pathetic attempts at coaching should not be an option.

Warrington fans got rid of Cullen eventually and that did what?
The simple fact is we need a prop and a halfback before you can blame the coach.
I admire your loyalty but wonder if you have problems with your eyes.
Tonight saw a team who used dummy runners and lads running basic angles tear us to bits. When we get near there line we have nothing, NOTHING!
Our defence is as bad as i have ever seen it, in a time when Millward was in charge and we were hammering the defensive plays his staff were coming up with they were far superior to what we are seeing at the moment, the problem them was although we were in a position to make the tackles we were too small and demotivated to do so, now we are not even in the position to make the tackles.
We have no plays going forward apart from a very basic fullback dummy on the angle when laying it out wide which does seem to work, but is soon sudded by our opposition, we have no centre field moves, we do not work off the ball and our defence is laughable.
At the end of the day the Coach must put his hand up and take responsibility for this and after 3 years in charge he has no excuses. He has painted himself into a corner with a recond of garbage performances, poor recruitment and retention policy and jobs for the boys mentality, one of the biggest fators that will ever ensure mediocrity at the best.

The question will have to be asked if we put in a poor performance against Celtic. That should be the earliest time imo. I've always been one of the 'Noble IN' crew but recently also been asking the 'WTF are they doing in training?' question.

In all the Time Nobby has been coach and all the poor performances, poor plays, poor defence, poor decision making has he actually said anything along the lines of "I'll have to look at my self" I may be wrong but in his post match interviews he comes out with his Humpty Dumpty, bath water and bending their backs, nothing about himself. The players cant be wrong all the time, can they?

He came close a few weeks ago something along the lines of "while i take responsibility the players got it wrong"
Caused me great hilarity at the time and were it not so sad and a sign of his deflective mentality i would aplaud him for his comedy.
