We play at our opponents level (bar leeds) - we play against saints, we play as good as saints - we play celtic, we play as good as celtic

We were certainly lucky to be playing a team that can't attack.

A team proves it's worth over the course of a season, Saints were knackered, and we put in our best performance so far.

Simple. If there was no CC there would be VERY little "Fielden bashing" on here. He would be accepted as a "solid" workhorse prop who defends very well.

HOWEVER. The real issue most have with Fielden is that he allegedly takes up a high proportion of the CC. This impacts SF in 2 ways.



1. Less people to "share the workload"

2. Increased pressure on him to perform.

3. Increased pressure on BN to pick him. (or effectively play with a reduction of 15% to your CC).*





Take away the CC, the anti SF posts would tumble.
