Most people on here are frustrated by what we see on the pitch but it doesn't mean we have to stop supporting our club. I hate it when fans sing you're not fit to wear the shirt as it can appear to be directed at all the players. What have the likes of Ainscough and Tompkins done to deserve that. There has got to be something more going on that we don't know about. How can a team put out a performance like they did against saints on Thursday then go and perform so badly on Monday.
Only by fans as frustrated as you. They are just trying to find differnet ways to express it. The team always have the fans underlying support, but after some of the dross we have seen this season, they cant expect auto applause just because they play for Wigan.
Tomkins & Ainscough aren't part of the long term problem, but they are in the team currently and will have to deal with fan response. A quick scan over a message board like this would show them what fans think, but when they are on the field, to expect them to be excluded from anything is unrealistic.

You're naughty person (except Tomkins, Ainscough, Gleeson - he's only just joined, Hock - when he doesn't have the brain farts, Feka - providing he gets fitter, Joel Tomkins - although I expected him to kick on more this season), and we're sick of it

Really doesn't have a ring to it, does it?
i could see some tard singing that to the tune of a foozeball song!
Sorry AJ but don't agree there. If your boss slagged you off with a group and you didn't deserve it Im sure you wouldn't be too happy. Ainscough is only 19 and is going a great job. Not sure whether or not they would be reading the boards - next time I see him I will ask. My mum always told me if you can't say something good then don't say anything at all and I try (not always successful) to do this. Don't see the point of shouting obscenities hardly good motivation is it

It is a hard pill to swallow but unbelievably true.
