As much as Phil Clarke bores the life out of me sometimes, some of the figures he was coming out with where interesting, over 2000 lads in the Wigan area play ARL every weekend. There are 147 teams included in this (at all ages levels) and 27 open age ARL teams.
Currently: Tomkins, Tomkins, Hansen, Hock, Ainscough, Mcllorum, O'Carroll, Goulding, O Loughlin are what i would call first teamers, and only Goulding wasnt in the 17 last week.
The futures bright, the futures Wigan....

Sally Cinnamon - Treat the Saints forum as you would if you met a girl from St Helens. Best policy would be to avoid altogether but if you absolutely can't resist temptation then take every possible precaution.

At which point the Communist Cap will stop feeling quite so draconian I imagine . . . .
Incredible figures on the amateur side though, superb stuff and great to hear.
Really enjoyed watching Tomkins and Ainscough last week for the first time (well actually I went to Quins but had slightly blurred vision!!!) - they look the real deal.
