Wasn't suffered in training - he missed games for Melbourne with the same injury towards the end of last season IIRC.

Davico was a freak injury, Finch has had a recurrence of an old injury. He's a bit touch and go for the WCC but missing three games isn't catastrophic, he must have passed a medical to come here so I doubt that he's crocked.

I've been assured that he isn't crocked. Anyone who suggests that he is, is mischief-making.

Not too worried by this, however hope he has a speedy recovery. Didn't Roberts play at 6 in the reserves or am I thinking of someone else?

Whilst coaches like Daniel Anderson and Brian McLennan won championships on the back of exciting Rugby league, Maguire set out to win at all costs, evident by the way Danny Maguire was seriously injured and laughed at on the floor by the wigan players as he writhed in agony. Then there has been the constant bending back of limbs, trying to seriously maim the opposition. Even Phil Clarke has jumped on the bandwagon with his disgusting comments about the Danny Maguire incident.
I think its fitting that the 2 fairest teams in the comp, who have been on the receiving end of Wigans tactics should contest the Grand Final and make it a proper family day out instead of the knuckle dragging, salivating neanderthals from Wigan, that would pour into manchester on grand final day.
I for one cant wait to mingle with the Leeds fans and have a beer with them, rather than having to watch my arms and legs, should wigan have got there.

He did but I think that was just to give him as much ball as possible to aid his fitness.

He did a fine job in the reserves at 6 too, just never seemed to bring that into the first team after his injury
