All it proves is that you're a cock. Rather than have a debate about the demise of the mighty Wigan, you resort to puerile insults.

I'm a fan of the greatest game in the world, Rugby League. I thought I'd come on here and join in the debate - what's going wrong at Wigan?!?!
I didn't realise you had to be a Wigan fan to post on here. I remember when fans could stand shoulder to shoulder with opposing speccies, change ends at half time......................
Calm your skin down, you can't be relegated.

I think I've made a pretty valid point.
During the 80's and 90's Wigan had more money to spend than any other team, and you reaped the benefits - fair play to you.
Now the playing field has been levelled, you're like the rest of us - chasing Saints and Leeds. Some of the posts on here are ridiculous. Some fans think Wigan have a god-given right to win trophies. Where were these fans when you were relegated in the early 80's?
And for the record, I think the "Calm your skin down" clip was very funny and vary apt on this occasion

I watched plenty of RL in the 80's and early 90's when you had full time professionals before any other club. It's been a level playing field over the past few years and you've won nowt.
Just thank your lucky stars there's no relegation.
Wigan went full time in 1992. Apart from RL history your maths is poor as well as that isn't the "80's".
And guess what? When there was no salary cap it was the same for every club.

Sorry, apart from a short time when Widnes were over-spending in the 90's (and look where they've been for the past 15 years) you were able to spend more on salaries and bonuses than any club over a long period from the mid 80's. Ignore Leeds, they didn't spend anything like you.
Fans of other clubs might have a bit more respect for you if you admitted you'd had your glory years, for the timebeing.
