I fully agree, we pay good money to see the best players and I certainly would like both teams to be as strong as possible. I think the game on GF will show all the intensity of a WCC and we want to see more of those contests.

I watched quite a bit of the game. They’re still a dangerous side but it must be a tough watch week in week out. It’s all biff and bash up the middle and hope Clark/Welsby/Dodd can produce a moment of magic. They’ll be there or thereabouts for every trophy IMO but I think the title of ‘The Entertainers’ has long since gone.

Yea not 100% we’d win however watching last night take the red card out Saints just did enough it looked like. They are a shadow of their former selves. They use to be relentless in defence and could make meters for fun. First time I’ve watched saints this year not sure if it’s a coaching issue or players but the older players look to be showing their age and the bench looked a little light, remind me of when we had young Byrne, smithies and Harvard in the bench.
