Field is all class as is Welsby and French end of story, no debate and no animosity. There are just not enough of them in SL.
With regard to the WCC my view is that the best team will win. If that is Penrith then I acknowledge their achievement. If we manage to take the spoils then I will be thrilled. Either way, I am looking forward to seeing some top NRL athletes and one of the greatest number 7s who has played the game. Watching Cleary is, in my view, worth the admission fee alone. By the way, don’t be surprised if Welsby is on Penrith’s radar for the 2025 season. Had Jack received an offer from, let’s say, a more high profile NRL club his bags would have been packed. Personally, I am glad that he stayed as SL can’t afford to lose players like him.
Where have I defended certain comments? I agree some of the stuff on there is ridiculous. What I’m saying is that it’s a small minority and I don’t understand why people on here talk as though everyone on Redvee shares the same views. Most people on there are civil and rational and debate things in the same way as they do on here. Yes there are a few people who take it too far and I’m in no way defending that; I’m saying don’t tar everyone with that brush.
