I think your right. It will help us keeping a settled side, but a top class prop of which many have been available would still be very much welcome.
Phelps should definetly get a long term deal. Bailey will benefit from Hock going and Coley has done okay and we dont seem to be buying a prop so might as well keep him.
If those 3 sign extensions i'm happy enough tbh but we should still be looking for at least one incoming player.
I'd expect Bailey and Possibly Coley to be taking pay cuts considering Lindsay was the man who signed them up on good deals.
Add any money they'd save on them to the money they'll save on Smith and Hocks deals and we must be able to bring in at least a prop and possibly a halfback aswell.
If those things happen the squads going to have some good depth to it again next year.

We have missed the boat with regards halfbacks, Fien signed for '10, Orford doesnt seem to want to move and Finch is a wildcard and as with Smith, is it really worth the risk?
A prop yeah, we need badly.
You would hope we would be able to pay a fee to get the right player perhaps given the lack of incoming players.

If we have to pay a transfer fee to get the right quality of prop in then i'd hope Lenagan is willing to do so.
If not get a bucket collection going at the Leeds game and the fans can buy Sam Burgess

TBH with how Leuluai is playing recently I think with a powerful prop to set a platform, him and Tomkins could do quite well next year. Neither is a dominating Halfback like Barrett was so they both get chance to show their own skill and seem to be pairing up well atm.
Leuluai, while young, is hardly inexperienced. Hes been in the UK 5 years now Im sure
Sam Tomkins kicking game in the past few weeks has given me confidence we could cope without too much fuss next year if we get at least one forward in.
He's showed a mature side to his game recently and an ability to run a game. He seems to have taken alot of extra responsibility on his shoulders and Leuluai seems to be benefiting from that aswell.

Forget a halfback.
I think we should get one out and out prop and then one prop/SR who can play both like a Puletua style player. We should also sign Coley for one more year as he has earned it IMO.
With Bailey, Hock, Smith and maybe Phelps out we should have enough to cover for all that.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster..
