I had to squeeze past 2 women sat on the floor in the middle of the mess. I just thought to myself imagine a Tesco or a proper high street shop was organised like this. I picked up a T shirt to buy but after the women pi$$ing about for so long and not looking like they could be arsed serving i just left it. Worst shop ive ever been in by a mile.
I agree, this is my beef, they have not got a clue how to run a retail outlet.
The appointment of a New Retail Manager was meant to sort this, remember this statement from the club in December?
`Paul Stanworth will be joining the club as Retail Manager in January. Paul joins the Warriors from Burnley FC where he has held the position of Head of Retail for the past 4 years. One of his first roles will be to oversee a re-fit of the club’s town centre shop, Warriors World. This will take place in mid January, around the same time as the 2009 home and away shirts will be launched. At the launch the actual date when the replica shirts go on sale will be confirmed.`
So what has gone wrong and what is Paul Stanworth actually doing??
