Yeah I’d love the flags back up. Seemed to stop around covid years.
I sit in the south stand and there’s still a spray painting of gildart in the 2019 shirt on the concourse.
Also the player pictures by the stairs are from about 8-9 years ago.
Updating them would be great.
RICHARDS IS SUPERMAN!!!!

We sat in the top corner of the west stand for the pre season game a couple of years ago and it was a health hazard! Absolutely disgusting as you say.

Rebranding of the stadium started with banners showing both teams together on the main entrance wall. Be great if MD can bring in an outside sponsor for the stadium as a whole, if naming rights could cover the utility bills it would be massive boost for both clubs, might be being a tad optimistic there as I imagine the bills are pretty enormous.

Can’t wait for the comments from those who say the ground is still owned by the Latics.

Yep. They decided to attempt to cyber bully me off there, and I've decide that enough is enough. I've asked numerous times for evidence that Warriors fans have been actively anti a joint ownership structure, and every time all you get back is F*** off chubster. They live in some virtual reality world where only their truth is relevant, even though there is zero evidence to back it up. Even their moderator has commented on here that he's sick of their anti-rugby posts (but wont say it on there). The reality of Sporting Wigan 2023 is plastered in front of the West Stand, yet still they are harbouring grudges from 45 years ago. Sad, bitter old men.
I dont wish the football club any ill, never have, and cant understand why anyone would want to deny several thousand of their fellow Wiganers something to get up for on a Saturday morning, yet their every consuming thought is on the day rugby in Wigan is obliterated from the sporting map and they deny several thousand of their fellow townsfolk something that enhances their life.
