Handy for back in the day when Old Frank was the star turn at t'club! Or maybe he still is in your neck of the woods!
It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if there were some "farms" within our postcodes. Leeds City council have many and strange ways of spending my council tax, and a trendy little urban farm where you could get in touch with your green side sounds right up their street.

aboveusonlypie... If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.

The RU club is the same business as the RL club. It is one Business known as "Leeds Rugby."
See now I didn't know everything but I knew that part. So how can a tenancy agreement be signed by themselves?
You need to look it up. And btw you still haven't proved that you own the whole ground?
Leeds CF&A Ltd runs the Rhinos, owns the stadium (excluding the cricket pitch and stands but including the hotel and main pavilion), charges rent to Leeds RUFC Ltd, has millions of ££ in the bank and makes good profits. This is quite clear to anyone with a basic understanding of financial statements and/or the set up at Headingley.
Leeds CF&A is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leeds Rugby Ltd, which in turn is owned by Caddick group.
Leeds RUFC Ltd runs Leeds Carnegie RUFC, has sod all in the way of any assets and relies on direct and massive subsidy by Paul Caddick and Leeds Met to survive given the losses made. I believe the company is now owned directly by Caddick group rather than as a subsidiary of Leeds Rugby Ltd as it used to be before a controlling interest was sold to Leeds Met University - who subsequently gave it back when they realised what a turkey they had bought. The company pays rent to Leeds CF&A (the Rhinos) - but probably not at a market rate.
Since Leeds own their own ground and have to pay for it to be developed themselves it isn't as easy as, say, abandoning one's own historic stadium to move into a new football ground being built nearby where one doesn't have primary tenancy. But those are the challenges homeowners face that tenants do not.
Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.
We’re only interested in those in the bubble. Anyone who wants to come in the bubble, you can come in.
