"But I can categorically state we have made no approach to him about playing for us in 2010 or 2011. There is no truth in rumours that he is coming to visit us or that discussions are being held. As good as he is, there is no way for us to sign Anthony Watmough."
Can't find the article about Lima, but it was basically both Lima and the Storm said he was going nowhere and had 2 years left on his contract.
Was a interview about the storms cap and they mentioned Lima as a player that could move on because of it.
Shame because he would have been a good signing
IN A WARRIORS CODE THERE'S NO SURRENDER....THOUGH HIS BODY SAYS STOP, HIS SPIRIT CRY'S NEVER!!!!
How i'd love Watmough at Wigan, but obviously not going to happen.
I rate Lima and would be happy to see him at Wigan, it's a more plausible target with him being a Kiwi and there being no giving up test/origin selection issues. Still I can't see us signing anybody of that calibre unless we can offload.
On a separate note, but while we're talking about forwards I was reading something that surprised me the other day. The forward a lot of New Zealand Warriors fans would most like to return was not Fui Fui Moi Moi (which surprised me) but our very own Feka, a lot of them were also quite shocked about his current weight - just show's our expectations of the big guy should be higher and hopefully might be addressed.

If were on about possible storm props coming to us I'd love to see us get Sika Manu or Adam Blair, both guys are young and by coming to the UK they wouldn't have to forfeit there International career because they play for NZ.

Apparently the Storm have a young prop called Gareth Widdop. Won MOM in the Toyota Cup scored 2, set 1 up and kicked goals 2/5. Sounds like a good young prop.
