Went to the u19’s this morning. Plenty of work looks to be going on but they desperately need somewhere to buy a brew!

I thought we had moved out of Central Park (Pembec) as the council needed more secondary school space and part of the sweetener to the club was to give up its lease was to let them Robin Park on the proviso that the track stayed in place and that the Harriers could continue to use the stadium. The Orrell sale will help fund the extensions that are needed to move the offices etc. to the stadium and any mods to the existing stadium facilities.

There is a café at the stadium, Robin's Nest, at the far end of the stand.

Women hadn’t turned up apparently when I asked a steward. He made it sound like it was a women with a van or something similar rather than there being a cafe. Felt wounded after turning up for the 10.30am kick off rough as a badgers behind after too many refreshments at the cricket last night.

Looking forward to seeing the place finished.
