Irrelevant if the client code is on your ticket or not, the customer service is extremely poor and when you do finally get to speak to someone they are either arrogant or clueless.

Yea last year I got a lecture from one of them over the importance of the client code..I still don’t know it,anyway I got my saints tickets sorted in Friday evening and got an email receipt from Wigan athletic thanking me for the purchase

I guess it depends who you speak yo then. Last week I had lost my car park pass and rang the ticket office. The lady I spoke to was very polite and understanding. She told me to go to the ticket office next day and the pass would be replaced, which is what I did, and the pass was waiting for me.

Or what you call up for. If you call up to buy a ticket and as such need your client code so they can easily find you on the system but you can't be bothered to look at the front of the season ticket you have had for 20 years then it is clearly the fault of the girl in the ticket office.
FWIW I've never had an issue and that includes buying 20+ tickets for finals as well.
