Touchline kicks are still important. Good as that comeback at Bradford was in 2007 just one missed kick would have killed it.

Thats the exception i'm afraid. goal kicking has been our achillies heal for a while.

Longy is so inconsistent with kicking it's untrue.



One week he'll constantly miss from almost infront and the next he'll kick them from anywhere.

First noticed Pat's kicking becoming less consistent during the World Cup.

josh veivers is an amazing kicker is it not worth trying him in the side for a game ?

No imo, throwing another youngster in wouldnt be a great idea just for his kicking.

There seems to be an idea that the youngsters are the answer to everything atm because of tompkins and ainscoughs success. And while they are quality not al of them are ready, sam and sean did so well because they are ready.

Pats kicking has been awesome and his current form is ok, but not as good as it has been, I think hel get back to it

I don't think Josh Vievers is just a good kicker though, he is an awesome player. The way he directs the players around the pitch is heartwarming (although the dynamics of the group in first team would probably thwart that shouting) he is solid under the ball, makes some cracking runs and also tackles well and runs his blood to water during a match.



Bilko, are there any stats for him from kicks; have witnessed quite a few touchline conversions in reserves from him
