Absolutely nothing on the website re incentives, yet it was heralded as the Community Game last November when the fixtures.
I know what you are trying to say. I totally agree with what the club are doing for the Leeds game, however that is 3 months away. How about the next few games?
I think they are targetting the big games so our average attendance looks a little rosier at the end of the season because it wasn't impressive before the Saints game.

There are kids rugby tournaments on in the morning across Wigan, then they get tickets to the game after, parents etc of the kids get reduced price tickets. All the kids will then do a lap of the pitch at half time.
Great for the rugby-playing kids, but what about everyone else?
2 Adults & 2 Kids to see Wigan v Celtic is £48 minimum.
2 Adults & 2 Kids for the entire day at Alton Towers is approx £54.
Sorry if I was misled, but I thought the club were really pushing this fixture as a family day. At £48 for 80 mins "entertainment" (depending on which Wigan turn up!), I'll not bother.
75-0 Gets you Nothing. 27-0 Gets you a trophy. 18-10 Gets you eternal bragging rights!

That's 16000 Wigan fans, how many of those actually felt that Wigan would win that game? We still all turned up though! Imagine what a winning team could do to the gates!
Indeed.
Rugby Union: When entertainment just isn't your thing.
