Sent my email off just then and threatened to cancel my subscription. It says they will get back to me within five working days. Hopefully the amount of people ringing/emailing complaining will finally put sense into them!

my grandad got it free for a while on offer, but once the rugby season had finished he got rid.
i've never really been won over by setanta and with them now putting the magners league ahead of the nrl, well i can't see how i'd get it back.

am i missing something here, i subscribe to setanta and have sky+ the live friday morning for the last two weeks. I didn't get a shopping channel.
