Chris Bailey born 5 July 1982 in Inverell, New South Wales, Australia is a rugby league player for the Manly Sea Eagles in the National Rugby League. He plays as a five-eighth and can also lock the scrum. He is the younger brother former New South Wales and Australia representative Phil Bailey.
Bailey will join the Manly Sea Eagles on a 3 year deal from the 2009 season.[1][2
