yes.......noble is at fault.
if the problems the players attitudes he needs to sort it.
if its just bad game plans he needs to change it
if its bad selection he needs to change that.
No it's not all Noble's fault.
Noble has won the lot and repeatedly, when he had the players.
He won't win anything here until we have better players.
That's front row, halves, centres & FB. We are ok back row and wings that's all. We need 6-7 new players and better than the ones we've got.
Brian Noble can identify them but he can't do anything unless Ian Lenagan signs the cheques and brings them in.
The lack of effort and concentration plus poor spirit is down to him. However, if those problems are due to the players themselves knowing they aren't good enough then it's down to both Noble and Lenagan to sort and quickly.
Like all poor performances by companies be they sports or anything else, the responsibility lies with the owners & BOD!
Wigan RLFC is no exception.

if it's not down to noble then maybe the drinking culture should be knocked on the head, regular breath tests and substantial fines for those found to be over a pre ordaned unit level, ain't nowt wrong with a few bevies now and then but being rat arsed vexed several nights a week is uncalled for

as i have said before wigan was the best team because they had the best players etc. now leeds and st helens have been better at identifiing better players under the salery cap

totally agree. nobby doesnt sign the players as people suggest, he suggests players. IL has final say. from there yes nobby should be doing a better job of the training and mentality but he can only work with what he is given.
signings wise, use of cap wise IL is no better than Mo for mine
