You have to wonder don't you?! Perhaps Seeling was right and his is being used in a fight between Noble & IL. There has to be a reason he won't get a look in and our hooker is clearly injured.

In our defeat to Saints we had Penny,Riley, Blythe, Harrison that have come through our youth system. That is an improvement on recent years. However Rogues there is no point producing quality if you are not going to develop them and let them play, giving other clubs the chance to reap the benefits. You advocate the youth system but is the Wigan club utlising it to its effective best, probably not.

You are right, should have been King on performances - Lowes obviously does not rate him. However Warrington admit that their youth system needs developing but from reading your posts you have a passion for the youth team which is commendable. However to my original post I could see the likes of Warrington who need a replacement for Briers making a cheeky bid and who is to say that other clubs might fancy cherry picking some of your best youth. I can forsee these players getting dis heartened with Noble.

There is nobody more supportive of young Wigan academy players than I am.
However, I would NOT like to see a Wigan backline with Ainscough, Goulding and Tomkins in it so early in their careers unless we have desperate injury crisis. It would be suicide for them and the team. I would rather they be drip fed into the team.
Remember Aspinwall, Brown and Robinson and what happened to them.
