Matty Peet embodies this and goes about his business with respect and integrity. You don't see him going on big sulks or whinges - he focuses on us getting better each day and I think thats why we're back competing.
I also like the fact he entrusts his staff with responsibilities

I'd heard his name but didn't know anything about him, so I googled him and looked at his Wiki page and I'm now struggling to figure out if he's a rugby league player or a professional bar room brawler! Each season had a breakdown of the incidents he's been involved in.

Some of you may recall that I mentioned months ago that he was to be a guest on a podcast that a mate of mine hosts. For a lot of reasons which I’m not going into, it was delayed however he sat down with my mate between Christmas and New Year.
