You're right, but I'd still play him. Defence on kicks is about the only thing he's done wrong, and with his talent, if he works on it in training he should be fine. It's not like he's lacking any particular skill - the 2 big errors (Leeds & Hudds) were more errors of judgement - which you're going to get in a young lad with very few 1st team games. If he gets dropped on the back of it, that won't help him at all.

I totally agree, if we drop him for the big games after a few errors, what does that say to the guy after some of the really good stuff he's done this year. We should stop this fear attitude we have towards Saints, difficult I know after the past few years. We need to fly into them and have composure for 80 mins, but they are just a team like all the others who can be beaten if we turn up ready.

No one will be more committed to beating saints than him and sam. If they are going to make it they are going to have to play in big games, so why not start with one that has no real relevance (the season isnt won in april etc) PLAY HIM !

To be fair to aiscough we've seen international winger's make the same error's and worse on kicks.
I'd play him afterall there's nothing like having local lads playing in your big derby against the local rivals.
